Legal notice and terms
Last updated: October 2026
1. Publisher
PostMCP is published and operated by BeyondSky OÜ, a company registered under Estonian law with company number 16894028 (hereinafter "PostMCP", "we").
Website: https://getpostmcp.com. Contact: [email protected]
2. Hosting
The website and the service are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (www.hetzner.com), on servers located in the European Union.
3. Scope
These terms apply, without restriction or reservation, to every use of PostMCP: the website, the MCP server at https://getpostmcp.com/mcp, and every letter ordered through an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Cursor, Codex or any other MCP client) or an API key (hereinafter the "User"). Ordering a letter means accepting these terms. The version online on the day of the order applies.
4. The service
PostMCP turns a document (text written by the User or their AI assistant, a PDF or a Word file) into a printed paper letter, puts it in an envelope and hands it to a postal operator for delivery in Europe. Two services are available:
- Plain letter, to the countries listed on the website.
- Registered letter, to the countries listed on the website.
Letters are printed by PostMCP or by a professional print and mail partner, then delivered by the national postal operator of the destination country. Delivery times are those of the postal operator and are given for information only.
5. Orders and prices
Before any order, the User can get the price of a letter. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on the website and in the answer of the MCP server. The final price depends on the number of pages of the final document (including the address cover page added to uploaded files), the color option and the destination country.
An order is final once it is paid, either through the secure payment link (Stripe) or by debiting the prepaid credits of an API key. A preview of the exact document is provided before payment. No letter is printed or posted before payment.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. PostMCP never collects or stores card details. Prepaid credits are linked to an API key, do not expire and are only used to pay for letters.
7. Right of withdrawal
The service is a service fully performed at the express request of the User: printing starts right after payment. By paying, the User who is a consumer expressly asks for the service to start immediately and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the letter has been printed and posted. As long as a letter has not been printed, the User can cancel it by writing to [email protected] and get a full refund.
8. Content of letters
The User is the sole author of the letters they send and is solely responsible for their content, for the accuracy of the addresses and for their right to send the letter to the recipient. The sender name and address printed on the letter must be real.
It is forbidden to send letters that contain threats, harassment or intimidation, extortion, scams or phishing, the impersonation of a public authority, court, bank or any other person, hate speech, or any illegal content. PostMCP may check letters automatically or by hand before printing, refuse a letter that breaks these rules, and suspend the access of the User concerned. A refused letter is not charged, or is refunded if it was already paid.
9. Delivery and proof
Once posted, the letter is under the responsibility of the postal operator. For registered letters, the tracking records of the postal operator are the reference. PostMCP sends the tracking number by email when it is available.
If PostMCP fails to print or post a paid letter because of an error on its side, the letter is sent again at no cost or fully refunded, as the User prefers. A letter returned because of a wrong or incomplete address given by the User is not refunded.
10. Liability
PostMCP is bound by an obligation of means. It is not liable for delays, losses or damage caused by postal operators, for the consequences of the content of a letter, for a wrong address, or for an outage of the AI assistant used by the User. Except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the liability of PostMCP for a letter is limited to the price paid for that letter.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
12. Intellectual property
The website, its texts, graphics and code belong to BeyondSky OÜ. Any reproduction without permission is forbidden. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Cursor and Codex are trademarks of their respective owners and are cited only to describe compatibility. PostMCP is not affiliated with them.
13. Changes
These terms may change. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page, without retroactive effect on orders already paid.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Before going to court, the parties try to settle any dispute amicably by writing to [email protected]. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
